Ideally the focuser baffle minimizes the primary mirror baffle size by
greatly reducing the angle of the cone where light can enter the focal
plane.  If it doesn't, then the focuser baffle is too close to the bottom of
the focuser, or the diagonal is oversized.  The diagonal's edge is a baffle.
