[ATM] ATM history from Portland

Thanks to Virgil for this suggestion, which I'll forward.
However, I also heard that this family is a bit nervous about the potentials of the internet, and would prefer this web 
address not go into further distribution, as in general amateur astronomy lists & etc.
I certainly continue to solicit any input on historical ATM.

If someone's name has been in the paper it will tell you which paper and when. The older stuff is on card files and the recent is on computer.
