>BVC is a "custom/secret" type of glass that was originally produced by
>Andre Taillon. He has since sold the business to another gentleman who
>seems to have a better grasp of quality control.
>The most that Andre revealed was that his source of glass was from
>Pilkington who I believe are in the UK.
>The mirror blanks are made from layers of BVC that are fused together.
I know some material properties are mentioned at the BVC website, but what
would it take for a longer list of material properties to be provided to
places like matweb?
I don't need to know what's secret about its composition, method of
manufacture, etc. I just want to know more about its material properties.
This sort of info should not give away any secrets about BVC...I hope.
