[ATM] Sling study 2nd week better results with sling.

I let it set on the sling for a week and then pushed
up on the bottom a few times and let it settle back.  

Mel had posted once about putting on the sling a
couple of times to relieve the stress.

It worked!

The astig is down to 1/5 wave on the wavefront and
still the mirror is pointing horizontal.  Trefoil and
astig combined are 1/4 wave PV on the wavefront.

I will update my report later.
