[ATM] Elbow telescope ID...

A while back someone was looking for information on an elbow telescope, ex-military. It wasn't an M-17.
  Today I ran across an ex-military telescope manual on eBay that may be for the item in question.

  I have no interest in this except to perhaps provide information to the atm seeking such.
