[ATM] Polishing with WAO? + Polishing with polishing pads

I have used polishing pads, but did not find them much faster than pitch.  
This was on a polishing machine.  It was nice not to have to maintenance 
the lap.  It did leave zones, which were easily corrected with a pitch 
lap.   I now no longer use the polishing pads.
