[ATM] Elgin machine turntable to stroke ratio

My machine has both TT and OA at about 25 RPM, with a variac on one or 
the other to slow it down. I do most work with the OA 2-3x slower, as 
you suggest, but for some figuring and especially hand figuring I run 
the TT very slowly (2-3 RPM).
