If the clamshells are out, don't worry about it.  If you do
worry, take some fine grit and a piece of metal and go around
again and work them smoother.  There are some that advertise
using a Wok bowl to grind the edges, put some grit in the Wok and
swirl the glass around, for a nicer finish.
If the clamshells are still in the glass, get them out and
evaluate afterwords.
