[ATM] Light-tight Tarp Resource?

Gert,
I have used large (very large) outdoor trashbags cut and taped to a 
lightweight pvc pipe frame (amazing what you can do with pvc).  It is 
light, cheap, and effective.

I also called my local utility company and talked to them about light 
preventing me from sleeping at night and light trespassing on my 
property.  Surprise!  They sent out a bucket truck and we mounted shades 
on the lights.
