True to form, there was one last delay. Looking back, I had this on
order since April 2005. It finally arrived toady. Only had a very
brief look through, enough to say it looks fairly extended.

Biggest surprise was the inclusion of a CDrom, which I definitely
didn't get with the 2nd edition. Can't wait to see what's on that.
