[ATM] Need help w/18" Stabilite mirror

Actually, many of the posts to this list about cellular mirrors are 
negative - reports of print through of the supports, delamination, poor 
annealing, etc. I suspect that the Astromart folks don't jump on it 
because they are afraid of these things, rather than that they are 
ignorant. IMHO that's also the reason why so few of these have been 
produced (fear, whether or not justified).

If I were you I'd try eBay (where some people are even more ignorant, 
but seem to pay too much for things nonetheless), or build a scope (or 
have one built) for it and try to sell it as a scope (since many more 
people buy scopes than bare mirrors, and also there would be actual 
performance data on the mirror).
