[ATM] 64 pound single-pole 18" f/4.3

Hi all,

I've built a new version of the single-pole 18"
hand-portable scope I took to the RTMC last May.  This
one uses some carbon-epoxy, sandwich construction, and
a torsion box to keep the weight down to 64 pounds.

I will be bringing the new scope to Stellafane this
weekend.  If you are free on Saturday morning, come up
to the competition at the pink clubhouse and say hi. 
There are always lots of great scopes to look at!
