[ATM] fix for turned up edge inside of rolled edge

you've now got a ring around the glass just inside of the edge
that is raised.  work on that now and it will hopefully go away
to a nice edge.  If you haven't got the inside part down far
enough, the rolled edge will still show and if you havee gone
more than far enough, the edge should become nice and perfect to
the rest of the scope.
