gENERALLY, THE LARGER SURFACE GOES ON THE BOTTOM.  wHAT HAPPENS
WHEN THE LARGER SURFACE IS ON THE TOP IS THAT THE CENTER GETS
GROUND WHILE THE EDGES DON'T.  wHEN THE DIFFERENCE IS SMALL, THE
PROBLEM IS MINOR BUT WHEN THE DIFFERENCE GETS LARGER, THE EFFECT
IS MUCH MORE PRONOUNCED.  iT GETS QUICKLY TO THE POINT WHERE YOU
CAN'T REALLY GET TO THE EDGE OF THE LARGER SURFACE BEFORE THE
LARGER SURFACE FALLS OFF OF THE SMALLER SURFACE.  aT THAT POINT,
EVERYTHING BEECOMES QUITE DIFFICULT TO PROCEED!  iT ALSO ENDS UP
THAT YOU HAVE A LOT MORE DIFFICULTY IN MAKING A SPHERICAL SURFACE
AS YOU ARE ONLY DOING WORK IN A LOCALIZED AREA.  tHIS IS WHY YOU
REALLY NEED TO HAVE SOME METHOD OF INSURING A SPHERICAL SURFACE
WHEN HOGGING OUT WITH A PIP END CAP OR A FLANGE.  tHE WORK IS
ONLY THEN DONE IN ONE SMALL AREA AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET THE
SURFACE ALL TO ONE SHAPE.
