[ATM] soldering SMPs

Hot air gun works best and the pads must be tinned and fluxed before.  Ideal
conditions are that  all the SMP device leads "float" on the solder pads and
the self-align inplace. You can solder individual leads with a controlled
small tip soldering iron but be sure to tin the pads first. Clean the flux
off after soldering.
