http://www.recolabs.com/  Prices are a bit lower in his EBay sales.  The 
blanks are somehow fallout from the chip manufacturing industry.  There is 
another guy at http://www.quartzmirrors.com/ that sells them too.

At WB and Newport you will end up in the US $75 range for 8" pyrex and 
about $160 for a 10" when you include shipping.
