[ATM] Looking for Cassegrain Notes, by Kenneth Novak

Sorry I was slow in responding to this request--busy getting ready  
for the Holidays.  As it happens, I do still have my old copy of  
Novak's "Cassegrain Notes."  I am sitting here glancing through it  
right now.  Its been a long time since I pulled it out of my file  
drawer.  Although I am not inclined to part with it, perhaps I could  
scan it and send it to you in pdf format?
