[ATM] Looking for Cassegrain Notes, by Kenneth Novak

For those who have expressed an interest, I have scanned the second  
edition of Kenneth Novak's "Cassegrain Notes" and uploaded it to the  
ATM file sharing space.  The link is:

FYI, it is a pdf document consisting of 32 pages (inc. front and back  
covers) scanned at a resolution of 150 dpi.  The file size is about  
38 MB.
