[ATM] time to switch tile tool

It's time to make the tile tool now.  The spacing of the tiles is fine
and you don't need to break them apart.  Make sure that the tiles are
decentered when you make the tool to avoid zoning problems.  It will take
a while for the tool to work in and come into full contact with the
mirror and for  both tool and mirror to become  truly spherical.  Stay at
120 until the sharpie test shows this.
