Right on Horace,
That 16" f/5 of yours is gonna be something else...
Man it sure is great your doing the same parts of the process i am on my 12"
project...(I only hope i keep pace with you) It's good to hear the
questions your asking and the advice folk give. I'm fixin' to make a tile
tool tonight after I work the last .25" of flat off the edge. The sag on my
blank being .14ish"...of a target .15 ish".
I have a periferral question about tile tools though...I'm going to be
casting it in plaster of paris...because i have some laying around. So the
question is what do yall seasoned folk like to seal your plaster tools with?
I was thinking maybe laquer???...or shilac?...and should i hog the plaster
out of the channels between the tiles a little bit?
As always any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
