[ATM] Pitch Source / Edge-stacked Tile Tool

Start by standing tiles against the form making a circle.  Then stand
another circle against those.  Repeat until the form is filled.  If you
tape the tiles in strips they won't fall over.  Lay ten tiles flat in
a row with about 1/8" between them, glazed side up.  Use a straight edge
against one side to align them and apply a strip of tape.  I used 
sheetrock joint tape cut into one-inch wide strips, but masking tape
would probably work.
