Thank you Dominic.
I was off by about 100 years. I believe that you are right in the time
frame. A quick Google search based on your insught revealed a little more
information about this early telescope maker.
I found a site referencing another TN. G. Parry Jenkins author of "A Plea
for Reflecting Telescopes" who died in 1941. In that article reportedly
Jenkins recounts his association with Mr. With and others. I'll look for a
copy of the article and share it if I can find it.
I just enjoy some of the history.
