[ATM] SPAM AGAIN!

Just print it out and run it through the shredder. Then mix it 50/50 with canned spam.
  Makes the canned spam last longer and provides more fiber for us old guys. Since I 
  don't like veggies, I print it out on green paper and that supplies my "greens" as well.
