As Marcus Verus Antoninus Aurelius, the great Roman emperor, said:

Some commercial makers of some highly regarded mirrors rely on Foucault 
testing, it seems, for figuring. Maybe said Paul Jones just didn't know how 
to apply those two tests carefully and/or correctly? 20 years ago, a 
telephone was within reach of most of us - an interferometer wasn't.
