[ATM] What is your current project???

I was working on a pair of 5" F3.5 for binoculars
(one is polished out and the other just fine ground)
but became sidetracked with a 8" F8 "rescue" mirror
found in a junkyard with its coating pealing off
and surface scratched.
Have ground it smooth and it is nearly polished out.

The Eugene "Knitty Gritty" David alludes to below is a small
group of ATMs who get together weekly and make mirrors & telescopes
while most of our spouses knit socks and things.
I can not say enough about the benefits of having get-togethers
to help motivate and work out ones thoughts when learning mirror making.

The rest of the the groups projects that are at least in fine griding stage

2) 10" F <4 track balls scopes for spouse and club
1) 8" $ <4 track ball for club in neighboring town
1) 16" F6
1) 6" F8 (a newcomer's first mirror courtesy of David )

and what ever David is doing when he graces us with his presence

P.S.
if your SOs do not knit perhaps you could have a "Stich and Pitch" instead.
