It's part of the usual conundrum, wavefront or surface, ROC or focal 
length, etc. - in this case it's probably fixed vs. moving 
source.  As I recall, Tex assumes fixed source and you have to double 
your moving source measurements (for an exact representation, you 
have to use a slightly different algorithm).  Also as I recall, 
sqr(r)/2R is moving source for a parabola.
