[ATM] Will Alum Oxide fine grind quartz blank?

Oops, brain lock-

My progression is 500 SiC, 25 micron Al2O3, 12 micron Al2O3.  I don't find any advantage to going to finer grades, and they are the WCA 25T and 12T.
