The URL for the pdf file is folded over two lines, copy and paste into a 
wordprocessing document and remove the line break (or reply to the email and 
remove the linebreak in the reply, copy and paste into browser).

No, the PDF wouldn't open up. Since the higher
order astigmatism is negligible, the RMS can be
obtained from the Zernike coefficient as well
(I assume it is z4, thus RMS=z4/sq.rt.6); it
should be nearly identical to the one obtained from
the p-v error.

Something is not right with that calculation. There is a constant
relationship between the p-v and RMS error for primary astigmatism,
RMS=(p-v)/(sq.rt.24). With 1/10 wave surface error doubled in the
wavefront, the RMS is still only 0.041, for 0.93+ Strehl.
