[ATM] laser and eye damage

Appears that you can purchase some over powered lasers on the net being 
sold as pointers but with more power than legally allowed for the devices.

I'm not trying to start a debate, but I think it warrants mentioning 
that you need to be careful when you purchase a laser.

I just saw this story in my local paper.  It isn't coming up on the AP
