[ATM] Parks Optical experiences

To the ATM listserv:
 
Since this inquiry is a bit off-topic, and I don't want to violate
the ATM listserv groundrules, I'll ask that any responses to 
this question be kept private and sent to me without copying 
the entire group.
 
I've had some difficulties recently with Parks Optical and
was wondering if any of you have had similar experiences?
I've attempted purchase of a rather large (stock) item, and it's 
been a few months and no shipment.  Also, no response from 
their customer service department when I've emailed them.  
I've always had good luck with Parks Optical in the past, but
noticed that they have not advertised in Sky & Telescope in
over a year.  What gives?
