[ATM] ADMIN: possible service interruptions

Hi.

As you know, the ATM list is currently served from a machine, located in
Tokyo, Japan. Due to the earthquake, we may face power shortages and
electricity rationing in the next several days or maybe weeks. If this
happens, there may be interruptions to the list, and the site, including
the searches, may not be accessible at all times.

I apologize for the inconvenience and will update you with details as
they become available.
