Hello John,
     That´s a bit tricky to use, about f/1.5, I've added some comments
to each line, and deleted the lines with obvious meaning

   Centering Accuracy: w/in 0.050 (no units, assuming ") *** Optical
centre with respect to the mechanical centre
   Shape of figured surface: Parabaloid (*** sic!)
   Surface accuracy: <= 500 A *** This means about 1/5 waves wavefront
error in sodium D light. Not clear if it's peak to peak or RMS error
   Diameter of circle of least confusion: 80-100% w/in 0.13 (no units,
assuming ") *** Best point image diameter, hardly likely to be so big as
0.13"
   Surface finish: 80/50 *** Scratch av. length 0.8mm, dig av. size
0.5mm, see http://www.esourceoptics.com/optics.html
Coating is gold. *** Not very good for astronomical use, might be
difficult to remove for recoating

There is an note about thermal cycling as part of a test:
   Thermal Cycle
     Liquid Nitrogen to +350 F *** It must be well annealed to stand
this test - liquid nitrogen is -196°C, +350°F is about +180°C
