Hello John,
     That´s a bit tricky to use, about f/1.5, I've added some comments 
to each line, and deleted the lines with obvious meaning

There is an note about thermal cycling as part of a test:
   Thermal Cycle
     Liquid Nitrogen to +350 F *** It must be well annealed to stand 
this test - liquid nitrogen is -196°C, +350°F is about +180°C
